Only fake/false medical doctors has to worry, because they can be caught easily by some fake medical practice, where as other type of social science or literary doctoros or fake phd holders do not have to worry  much because they do not make much harm to the society. But if they obtain much celebrated Vicechancellor position or Trivandrum Law academy position or such positions they can get in to trouble. Here in USA and in India we can see many fake phd or doctor holders walk around. This fake phd holders will say that they got such doctrote from wale university or Tamil university, sreelankan university or from some Malayalee Association. They put heir doctorate in their letter head or in their news paper chief editor post etc. Some people will buy by samall amount. Some smart fake doctors will just create their doctorate degree from some graphics methods through their print photo machine. If we say any athing about them they will come and hit you. Just conduct some reasearch you will see atleat some fake doctorate holders in your city or area.
