Memorial services for our beloved Archbishop Mar Kuriakose Kunnacherry at Maywood Knanaya Church

 Dear all, 

By this time, you might be aware of the demise of our dearly beloved Archbishop Mar Kuriakose Kunnacherry who has been instrumental in the integral growth of the Archdiocese of Kottayam and Knanaya Community all over the world. His funeral will be on this Saturday at 2:00 P.M. Indian Time. Let us pray for our pithav. 

Sacred Heart Knanaya Catholic Forane Parish of Chicago in Maywood will be having the following memorial services: 

Thursday June 15. Holy mass and oppeese by Bishop Mar Joy Alappatt at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday June 14 followed by 40-hour adoration. Fr. Johnus Cherunilath will lead the adoration with talk, praise and worship from 8:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. 

The adoration will continue on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and will be dedicated for the repose of the soul of our Archbishop Mar Kuriakose Kunnacherry. 

Bishop Mar Jacob Angadiath will lead the Eucharistic Procession, Holy Mass, and oppese for Mar Kunnacherry on Sunday, June 18 at 5:00 P.M. After the Holy Mass, we will have a Condolence Meeting in memory of Mar Kuriakose Kunnacherry at our parish hall. The following persons will speak at the meeting sharing memories of our Archbishop Mar Kunnacherry.
