Mumbai, May 1: Actor Hrithik Roshan and his estranged wife Sussanne Roshan filed for a divore at a family court in Bandra, Mumbai, Wednesday. If sources are to be believed then the final hearing of their application will take place on Oct 31. The reports suggest that the custody of their children Hridaan and Hrehaan will be given to Sussanne.

It's been four months since Hrithik issued an official statement stating that Sussanne has decided to separate from him and end their marriage. Post that, everyone was hoping for things to settle down in Hrithik and Sussanne's paradise but with this latest development in the case, all the rumours of them getting back together have been put to rest.
