As we approach the second month of the Trump presidency, we may wonder how things are going as expected or why they are not moving in the direction we aspire to. It all depends on how we visualize. As a supporter of Mr. Trump, I see things differently than you. That is perfectly okay. You have the same right as I have to see using our binoculars. If we see something that does not come near our expectations, most of us try to ignore it rather than explore it. Again, that is our prerogative. I am guilty, as many of you are. My observations are simple. We had gone through a rough time during the previous administration. Somewhere along the line, Mr Biden forgot his priorities straight. As a result, the new administration replaced the old. The new administration vigorously tried to move fast. Some of the changes were easy as it couldn’t get any worse. Since losing the election in a humiliating way, we see them attacking all the movements of Mr. Trump. That was a pretty pathetic move on their part. Anybody who tried to see things with an unbiased mind was disappointed. In his recent address to the nation, Mr.Trump explained some of his challenges and accomplishments. We saw a determined group of people from the democratic side not to acknowledge any of his actions. But when a 13-year-old cancer survivor boy was recognized, the Democrats completely failed in their non-response. When the mothers of two young girls who were assaulted and killed were identified, the Democrats failed again. Why did this happen? I have my answer. You can come to your conclusions. Let us look at some of the recent activities that have Democrats scratching their heads. A new kid named Elon suddenly appeared on the political scene. Most of us take a lot of things for granted. As a result, we took a back seat, not challenging anything because they were considered business as usual. But they were not as innocent as we thought. Here is this man showed up with his new findings. Whether we like it or not, we all pay taxes one way or another. We have no complaint because our tax money was used for our benefit (as we thought) Alas! How wrong were we. Would you like to spend your money to research how we can change the gender of a male rat to a female?. Would you be surprised if this was an unknown fact? Well, there were more abuses and fraud under our noses that we didn’t know or care about. With the inception of the DOGE, Mr. Musk can bring those hidden and forgotten items to light. There is no sense in being angry at Mr.Musk. If his findings are wrong, prove them to the administration and request changes. If a lot of people suddenly got very, very rich, don’t you wonder why that happened? Well, some people are really scared about the possible disclosures of their sudden changes in status. These are the people mainly trying to stop Mr.Musk. Remember, he is only a messenger. He is not doing this for the money. One of my other observations is that some Malayalees started calling other Malayalees names. It may sound funny for a while, but the long-term effects can be more severe than one might imagine. These people only see the "half-empty" part of the glass. Artificial intelligence is alive and well. The hiding places are becoming more scarce.
