How to derive Happiness! Humans are the only species of animals who left Nature behind. Most problems that humans suffer are due to their distancing from Nature. Human evolution & its end results of the Civilization of modern humans are the primary cause of the distancing from Nature. It is not practical and realistic to return to Nature. But we can shorten the distance from Nature. Gardens, Farms, a hike through the forest trails and even a small flower can take you back to Nature. When you are disturbed, troubled, stressed- seek the solitude of Nature. The more you are closer to Nature the more relaxed you feel.
