ഈയടുത്ത കാലത്ത് മലയാള ചലച്ചിത്ര ലോകത്തെ പ്രശസ്ത താരങ്ങള്‍ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച
ഒരു മെഗാ ഷോ യില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാനുള്ള അസുലഭ സൗഭാഗ്യം കൈവന്നു. സൂപ്പര്‍
ഡ്യൂപ്പര്‍ ഡയറക്ടറന്മാര്‍ തുടങ്ങി കോറിയോഗ്രാഫര്‍ വരെ ഉള്‍പ്പെട്ട
പ്രഗത്ഭരായ അന്‍പതോളം പ്രതിഭകള്‍ അണിനിരന്ന വന്‍ താരനിര. മൂന്നുമണിക്കൂര്‍
തുടര്‍ച്ചയായി നോണ്‍സ്‌റ്റോപ്പ് എന്റെര്‍ടെയിന്‍മെന്റായിരുന്നു വാഗ്ദാനം.
സഭ്യമായ ഭാഷയില്‍ പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ മൂന്നുമണിക്കൂര്‍ നേരം തുടര്‍ച്ചയായി കാണികളുടെ കഴുത്തറത്തു കൊഞ്ഞനംകുത്തികാണിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പരിപാടി ആയിരുന്നു അത്.
കുടുംബസമ്മേതം നല്ലൊരു 'ഷോ' കാണാനെത്തിയവരെ അക്ഷരാര്‍ത്ഥത്തില്‍ അവര്‍ ജൗളി പൊക്കി കാണിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. കൈലിമുണ്ട് മുട്ടിനു മുകളില്‍ വച്ച് പൊക്കിയുടുത്താല്‍, അമേരിക്കന്‍ മലയാളികള്‍ ചിരിച്ചു ചിരിച്ചു ശ്വാസംമുട്ടി മരിച്ചു പോകുമെന്നാണ് ഈ പൂങ്ങാന്‍മാരുടെ ധാരണയെന്നു തോന്നുന്നു. അണ്ടര്‍വെയര്‍ കൂടാതെ അവര്‍ മുണ്ടുയര്‍ത്തി കാട്ടിയിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍, ഒരു പക്ഷെ അവരുടെ ശുഷ്‌ക്കിച്ച ശുഷ്‌ക്കാന്തി കണ്ട് മുന്‍നിരയില്‍ ഇരുന്നവരെങ്കിലുമൊന്നു ചിരിച്ചേനേ!
യാതൊരുവിധ മുന്‍ ഒരുക്കങ്ങളുമില്ലാതെ തട്ടിക്കൂട്ടിയ ഒരു തല്ലിപ്പൊളി പരിപാടിയായിരുന്നു ഇത് എന്നു സംശയലേശമെന്യേ പറയാം. താര കുടുംബങ്ങളുടെ ഒരു അമേരിക്കന്‍ അവധിക്കാല ഉല്ലാസയാത്ര, ഇവിടെയുള്ള ചില മണ്ടന്മാരുടെ ചിലവില്‍ നടത്തിക്കളയാം എന്നവര്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചു എന്നു വേണം അനുമാനിക്കുവാന്‍.
താരങ്ങളെ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന പരിപാടിയായിരുന്നു പ്രധാന ഇനം. പ്രധാന താരങ്ങളെ മാത്രമല്ല അവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില്‍ വന്ന പരിചാരകരെയും, പട്ടിയേയും, പൂച്ചയേയും വരെ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തി. ഓരോരുത്തരും വരുമ്പോള്‍ അവര്ക്ക് വലിയൊരു കൈയ്യടി കൊടുക്കുവാനുള്ള ആഹ്വാനം ഉയര്‍ന്നു കൊണ്ടേയിരുന്നു. കൈയടിക്കു പകരം സ്റ്റേജില്‍ കയറി അതു പറയുന്നവന്റെ ചെപ്പക്കുറ്റി അടിച്ചുതകര്‍ക്കുവാനുള്ള വികാരമാണ് കാണികള്‍ക്കുണ്ടായിരുന്നത്.
നരേന്ദ്രമോഡിയേപ്പോലെയും, ബരാക് ഒബാമയെപ്പോലെയും കൈ ഉയര്‍ത്തി വീശി അഭിവാദനങ്ങള്‍ അര്‍പ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഓരോരുത്തരും എഴുന്നെള്ളിയത്. മഹാനായ ദാസേട്ടന്‍ പോലും ശ്രോതാക്കളെ വണങ്ങിയ ശേഷമാണ് ഗാനമേള ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത്.
നടി ഭാവനയെ പരിയപ്പെടുത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ പഴകിത്തേഞ്ഞ പഴയ ചോദ്യം: ഭാവനയ്ക്ക് മമ്മൂട്ടിയോടോ അതോ മോഹന്‍ ലാലിനോടോ കൂടുതല്‍ ഇഷ്ടം? : ചോദ്യം കേട്ടാല്‍ മമ്മൂട്ടിയേയും മോഹന്‍ ലാലിനേയുമല്ലാതെ മറ്റാരേയും സ്‌നേഹിക്കുവാന്‍ ഭാവനക്കു അനുവാദമില്ലെന്നു തോന്നും.
നടന്‍ ശ്രീനിവാസന്‍ വന്ന് രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരേയും, സര്‍ക്കാരിനേയും കുറ്റം പറഞ്ഞ് ചീപ്പ് കൈയടി വാങ്ങിച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹം ഇപ്പോള്‍ ജൈവകൃഷി നടത്തി കേരളത്തെ ഉദ്ധരിക്കുന്ന പരിപാടിയുമായി നടക്കുകയാണത്രെ! അമേരിക്കന്‍ മലയാളികളോടു നാട്ടിലെ കൃഷിക്കാര്യം എഴുന്നെള്ളിച്ചെതെന്തിനാണാവോ? കഴിഞ്ഞ തവണ വന്ന് തിരിച്ചു നാട്ടിലെത്തിയ ശേഷം, കിട്ടാവുന്ന വേദികളിലെല്ലാം അമേരിക്കന്‍ മലയാളികളെ പരിഹസിച്ച് പാടിനടന്ന ആളാണ് മഹാനായ ശ്രീനിവാസന്‍.
വിജയരാഘവനെ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തിയതാണ് കൂടുതല്‍ രസകരം. അദ്ദേഹം നാടകാചാര്യനായിരുന്ന എന്‍.എന്‍.പിള്ളയുടെ നാലാമത്തെ മകനാണത്രെ! ഭാര്യയുടെ മരണശേഷം, വേദികളോടു വിട പറഞ്ഞ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ സിദ്ധിക്കും ലാലും കൂടിയാണേ്രത വീണ്ടും അരങ്ങിലെത്തിച്ചത്. അവര്‍ ആദ്യത്തെ രണ്ടുമക്കള്‍-മൂന്നാമതൊരുവന്റെ റോളു കൂടി പറഞ്ഞു. അങ്ങിനെ ആദ്യത്തെ മൂന്നു മക്കള്‍- നാലാമത് വിജയരാഘവന്‍- ഈ സംഭവം വിവരിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ കുട്ടന്‍ ഗല്‍ഗദകണ്ഠനായി. വിജയരാഘവന്‍ കലാഭവന്‍ മണിക്കു പഠിക്കുകയാണോ എന്നു തോന്നിപ്പോയി. അഞ്ഞൂറാന്‍ സദസ്സിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ കാര്‍ക്കിച്ചു തുപ്പിയേനേ!
ലാല്‍ നടനും, നിര്‍മ്മാതാവും, ഡയറക്ടറും മാത്രവുമല്ല-ഗാനരചിയിതാവുമാണു പോല്‍! അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മകന്‍ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത 'ഹണീബി' എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു ഗാനത്തിനു വേണ്ടി തൂലിക ചലിപ്പിച്ചത് ഇദ്ദേഹമാണ്.
ഏതോ സങ്കരഭാഷയില്‍ എഴുതിയ ഒരു ഗാനം- പാട്ടയിലിട്ടടിക്കുന്നതുപോലുള്ള കാതടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന സംഗീതം. ഈ പാട്ടിന്റെ താളത്തിനനുസരിച്ച് താടിയും മുടിയും വളര്‍ത്തിയ കുറേ ന്യൂജനറേഷന്‍ അക്ഷരത്തെറ്റുകള്‍ വേദിക്കു നെടുകയും കുറുകയും ചാടുന്നതു കണ്ടു. പാട്ടിന്റെ ക്ലൈമാക്‌സില്‍ ഒരു ഊശാന്‍ താടിക്കാരന്‍ ട്രപ്പീസുകളിക്കാരനേപ്പോലെ വേദിയില്‍നിന്നും താഴോട്ട് ഒറ്റ മലക്കം മറിച്ചില്‍. അവന്റെ കാറ്റു പോയെന്നാ ഞാന്‍ കരുതിയത്.
വയലാര്‍ മരിച്ചത് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗ്യം. എങ്കിലും ഓ.എന്‍.വി. സാറിന് ഈ ലാല്‍ജി ഒരു ഭീഷണിയാണേ!
ഓട്ടോയിടിച്ച് റോഡില്‍ വീണവന്റെ നെഞ്ചത്തു കൂടി സൂപ്പര്‍ ഫാസ്റ്റു കയറിതുപോല ഒരനുഭവും ഉണ്ടായി. അരമണിക്കൂര്‍ നീണ്ട ഒരു ഹാസ്യക്വിറ്റ്. കാര്യമായി ഒരു ചിരിപോയിട്ട് ഒരു പരിഹാസച്ചിരി പോലും ഉയര്‍ത്തുവാന്‍ ഇതിനു കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. അമേരിക്കന്‍ മലയാളി ആദ്യമായി മനസ്സിരുത്തി കൂവിയ ഒരു പരിപാടി ആയിരുന്നത്. അവതരിപ്പിച്ചവര്‍ക്ക് ഒരു ഉളുപ്പും തോന്നിയില്ല. കണ്ടിരുന്ന കാണികളാണു നാണം കെട്ടു തല കുനിച്ചത്.
അഫ്‌സല്‍, മജ്ഞരി തുടങ്ങിയവരുടെ ഗാനാലാപനവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. 'കഷ്ടം' എന്നൊരറ്റ വാക്കില്‍ ഒതുക്കാം- ദോഷം പറയറുതല്ലോ! ഉണ്ടപക്രു തരക്കേടില്ലാത്ത ഒരു പ്രകടനം കാഴ്ചവെച്ചു. 'അത്ഭുതദ്വീപി'ലെ 'ചക്കരമാവിന്റെ കൊമ്പത്തിരിക്കണ' എന്ന ഗാനം മനോഹരമായി അദ്ദേഹം താളച്ചുവടുകളോടെ ആലപിച്ചു. കൂട്ടത്തില്‍ കൂടുവാനായി അദ്ദേഹം കുട്ടികളേയും ക്ഷണിച്ചു. രണ്ടോ മൂന്നോ വയസു പ്രായമുള്ള ഒരു പെണ്‍കുട്ടി പക്രുവിന്റെ പാട്ടിന്റെ താളത്തിനനുസരിച്ച് ചുവടുവെച്ചു. സത്യം പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ ആ സുന്ദരിക്കുട്ടിയായിരുന്നു ഈ താരനിശയിലെ ഏകതാരം!
അവസാനം എല്ലാവരും 'എന്‍കോറിനു' വേണ്ടി വേദിയില്‍ അണിനിരന്നപ്പോള്‍, കൊച്ചികടപ്പുറത്ത് ഉണാക്കാനിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ചാളമീനേയാണു ഓര്‍മ്മ വന്നത്. അത്രമാത്രം അവര്‍ നാറ്റിച്ചു കളഞ്ഞു.!

Yes! It is shameful for churches and associations to bring trash from Kerala and dump it on US Malayalees. What for is the prime concern. Associations and churches split like Kerala Congress. Europeans and Americans & Europeans are leaving churches and selling the buildings. Most of them get converted to apartments or hotels. But Malayalees buy them to make another church. It was always a bad investment. Within 20-25 years these Malayalee churches will suffer the safe fate.
Now; Some of you were lamenting about the rip-off and was giving many suggestions.
In addition to that, the best way to stop these evil is non-cooperation. You should develop, if you don't have it, the […..] or guts to say no to the fundraisers. When they start loosing, they will stop it. So the power is within you. Simply say no and go for a walk in the nature or read a book or do whatever. Give that money you spend for trash show to feed the hungry. Then the hungry will be happy and you get a lot of inner satisfaction.
Some of you are afraid to say NO to church. Some of you are afraid of the other 'better half' [?] or you need the church for baptism, marriage and funeral. The more you cling to the church, the more the church will control you. Think for yourselves. You don't need to be baptized to live as a good human. Marriage can be done any place like County office. Ah! Now the funeral. Why 'you' worry about it. You don't need a priest. The funeral home will take care of it all. What ever the priest do over the dead body is simply superficial. It won't bring you any thing, good or bad.
So be free from religion. Then you will be peaceful all the time.

The churches are building schools, college, Medical College, Engineering colleges, orphanages and getting loans and grants to run their multimillion dollar business corporations. Politics and churches are the two sides of the same coins. In order the leaders of the religion to maintain their mansions, wine and dine, they need to suck the blood of the poor and oppressed. The truth and the freedom Mr. Andrew suggests cannot be grasped by a SchCast . The SchCast is also a creation of religion. The class system is in all religion and created with a purpose to bring division among the people. Mr. Andrew is a prophet who is warning about the impending danger looming over the people those who are blindly following the religion. This is the right time to sever the ties with your religion and have the eternal joy of the freedom.

it is hard to break the chains of religion. But millions has done it and they live in eternal bliss.
Religion is a mega corporation. R C church might be the biggest real estate holder in this globe. It is the fundamental obligation and duty of any government to provide education, health care, food supply, transportation, protection of its citizens and burial place to the people . In may democratic countries, government is lenient and let private enterprises. Churches in Kerala along with other rich individuals or private corporations exploited the opportunity. So just because they have hospitals and schools- don't make them better than some thing. They started the schools and hospitals in the name of charity and is still collecting massive money and other goods and medicines from rich countries. Mission hospitals are selling the medicines for a huge profit but they get it free. They get medical devices free, but you know how much you have to pay. They are not doing it for charity, but for huge profit. It is very hard for government schools and hospitals to compete with private sector in the cut- throat business.
So if the government can take over health and education and close down the private thieves, the poor and the less fortunate can obtain good education and health care.
In many European countries, government is in full control of the fundamental needs of its citizens. And those countries are far more advanced than Kerala or India.
Majority of people in India is still devoid of the fundamental necessities like -food, shelter & clothing.
It is simply foolishness to boast about India's IT monopoly and 'Mars trip' when the majority has no good water to drink and no toilets, no food, no shelter, no cloths.
Those who close their eyes and stay happy in the comfort zones of religion, richness are preparing the path for a rude awakening. Unfortunately it will be a violent one.
So dear friends ! Attacking me won't help to solve the massive problem in front of you.
Open your eyes, ears and heart. Come out from your bubbles and mansions. Help the poor, feed the hungry, provide them shelter and education. Then only the downtrodden can be uplifted.

WHAT IS ATHEISM?
No one asks this question enough.
The reason no one asks this question a lot is because most people have preconceived ideas and notions about what an Atheist is and is not. Where these preconceived ideas come from varies, but they tend to evolve from theistic influences or other sources.
Atheism is usually defined incorrectly as a belief system. Atheism is not a disbelief in gods or a denial of gods; it is a lack of belief in gods. Older dictionaries define atheism as "a belief that there is no God." Some dictionaries even go so far as to define Atheism as "wickedness," "sinfulness," and other derogatory adjectives. Clearly, theistic influence taints dictionaries. People cannot trust these dictionaries to define atheism. The fact that dictionaries define Atheism as "there is no God" betrays the (mono) theistic influence. Without the (mono) theistic influence, the definition would at least read "there are no gods."
Why should atheists allow theists to define who atheists are? Do other minorities allow the majority to define their character, views, and opinions? No, they do not. So why does everyone expect atheists to lie down and accept the definition placed upon them by the world’s theists? Atheists will define themselves.
A theist is not better than an Atheist.

A theist can be defined as a person who believes in one god or many gods of his own choice. But at the same time his denying the rest of millions of gods. So a theist of a particular god is an atheist according to a theist of another god. theist = believer in 1 [one] god or a group of gods. So if there is 100 gods; theist denies 99 of them. So isn't a theist = an atheist?
The word 'logos' has a lot of different meanings. When it is used as -theology; it means science of god. But theology has not even one quality or characteristic of science. So theology is pseudo [ false] . Theology is simply imagination, creative imagination. Theology is the art of creating gods in your own image [ imagination.] all the known gods so far are man made. Even if there is one some where, he is not in human form. All those gods in human form are made by humans. If monkeys has gods, they will be in the form of a monkey.

Atheism in its pure inner core is not denial of god. Many are confused likewise. In fact you don'’t have to deny something that is not there. Atheism is seeking truth. In order to find truth, one has to go far above and beyond what is known. It is an endless journey seeking truth and the one beyond and then the one beyond. On the course of it mission, it may find god ?
Atheism was defined by theists -in fact they are atheists- to stimulate the passion in the believer and hold him captive under the spell of religion. Why ? It is their food resource.
Theism is a cunning art designed to fool the believer so that the leaders and priests can enjoy a royal life at the expense of the hard working but ignorant believer.
This is absolute cheating. So is evil. In fact the root cause of all evil. In fact the biggest problem facing the humanity is craziness, brutality and madness spreading by theocracy. In fact it is theo- crazy.
Any human with a slight prick of conscience won't continue this type of exploitation as a priest or religious leader. They all are hypocrites as per Jesus.
After reading Andrews post, it makes sense and the post is relevant to the topic. All the priests and Bishops are human beings and the have the same instincts other people have. And, that is the reason they encourage parishioners to have these type programs in the church. They like the fusion dance, the curves of the women, and their shaky dance to fire them up for the evening mating. Can we move the discussion of one's belief and non-belief in diets to another place and focus on creative solutions to stop the latest thattippu by pathiris and their silbanthies? If we do not react now, Malayalam Stage Show staging may become another Malayalee church monopoly in the USA. This year's Siddique-Lal show in most cities were organized by one or another Parish Committees as their fund raiser. Since entertainment has no cast or religion there were able to sell the tickets to all including theists, atheist, agnostics and Churches were able to make huge profit out of these shows. In my POV, this was a crooked idea to increase the reach of the $$$ collection beyond the Church community boundary. Another issue I see with the stage shown organized by Church committee was that their tickets were much higher than same show organized by non-profit organization like association. As per the analysis done by someone in Charlotte, ticket prices for a family in the front few rows in different cities with similar capacity auditorium were following - 350$ in Charlotte( By Church),200$ in Miami(Malayalee Association), New York - 100$ ( Not by Church ).
The Christian theology and teachings are made to confuse people so that the religious leaders can continue looting the people the way Jews looted the common man in Judea. For Jesus everything was the expression of spirit and that spirit dwells in everyone. Whenever he referred ‘father in heaven’ or god (Spirit) he was referring to the powerful spirit in each one of us. When the Jews asked Jesus to show the father in haven, his answer was, ‘whoever has seen me has seen the father too.’ Jesus used god or father hypothetically and later related to him who is a human being with great spiritual potential. His all ministry is of human beings and empowering them. He asked people to cross over the barrios of religion, race, color, wealth and reach out and touch fellow beings. He talks about heaven on earth and that is clearly spelled out in the prayer hallowed be thy name….. He even told some of the fake men believers that there won’t be any marriages in heaven hopping that they would go back and take care of their wife. Religion with their distorted study made Jesus son of god and misguided the people to believe that there is another place called heaven, throne of god, kingdom of god, and living there 1000 years with him. I am pretty sure Andrew was referring Jesus as a human being not as a god as SchCast suggested. Don’t try to dig hole where it is wet. Andrew’s writings are thought provoking and hope more morons will react to it by exposing their ignorance to the world.
Ninan Matthulla doesn’t make any sense when he says that this place is not relevant place to discuss about religion. In America, most of the sponsors are churches for building the mansions for God. Every Sunday, the priest talks about improving the moral and immediately after that asking the parishioners to go and watch the Chanthi shaking dance. The church leaders are sending a wrong signal to the believers and conflicting with their preaching and action. So, there is nothing wrong in people posting their opinion on religion and hypocrisy under this article.
