വിദേശ മലയാളിയുടെ കാര്‍ തോട്ടില്‍ വീണു ഭാര്യയും മകനും മരിച്ചു

രാമങ്കരി: നാളെ വിദേശത്തേക്കു മടങ്ങാനിരുന്ന പ്രവാസി മലയാളിയും കുടുംബവും സഞ്ചരിച്ച
കാര്‍ നിയന്ത്രണം വിട്ടു തോട്ടിലേക്കു മറിഞ്ഞ്‌ ഭാര്യയും മൂത്തമകനും മരിച്ചു.
നെടുമുടി പഞ്ചായത്ത്‌ തെക്കേമുറി കാട്ടേഴത്ത്‌ ഈപ്പച്ചന്റെ ഭാര്യ ഷേര്‍ളി(37),
മൂത്തമകന്‍ ക്രിസ്റ്റോ(11) എന്നിവരാണു മരിച്ചത്‌. ഈപ്പച്ചനും(40) ഇളയമകന്‍ ക്രിസും
(7) രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു. ചമ്പക്കുളം പൂപ്പള്ളി റോഡില്‍ ഇന്നലെ രാത്രി ഏഴരയോടെയായിരുന്നു
അപകടം. പരുത്തിക്കളം പാലത്തില്‍നിന്നു വലത്തേക്കു തിരിഞ്ഞു താഴേക്കിറങ്ങുന്നതിനിടെ
കാര്‍ നിയന്ത്രണം വിട്ടു തോട്ടിലേയ്‌ക്കു മറിയുകയായിരുന്നു. ഷേര്‍ളിയാണു കാര്‍
ഓടിച്ചിരുന്നത്‌. ഇവര്‍ ആലപ്പുഴയിലേക്കു പോയി തിരികെ വീട്ടിലേക്കു
വരികയായിരുന്നു.
അവധിക്കു നാട്ടിലെത്തിയ ഈപ്പച്ചന്‍ നാളെ വിദേശത്തേക്കു മടങ്ങാനിരിക്കെയാണ്‌ അപകടം. മരിച്ച ക്രിസ്റ്റോ ചമ്പക്കുളം ഡികെഎം സ്‌കൂളിലെ ആറാംക്ലാസ്‌ വിദ്യാര്‍ഥിയാണ്‌. മൃതദേഹം വണ്‌ടാനം മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളജ്‌ ആശുപത്രി മോര്‍ച്ചറിയില്‍.

സാധുകൊച്ചുകുഞ്ഞ് ഉപദേശി എഴുതി സംഗീതം നല്‍കിയ ഈ ഭക്തിഗാനം ഒരു നൂറ്റാണ്ട് പിന്നിട്ടിട്ടും ഇന്നും ക്രിസ്തീയ മനസ്സുകളില്‍ ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനത്തുതന്നെ.
100 വര്‍ഷം മുമ്പ് സംസ്കൃതത്തിന്റെ ലാഞ്ചനപോലുമില്ലാതെ കുറിച്ച വരികള്‍ക്ക് ഒരു ശരാശരി മലയാളിയുടെ വേദനയുടെ സത്യസന്ധതകൂടി തുന്നിച്ചേര്‍ത്തിട്ടുണ്ട് കൊച്ചുകുഞ്ഞ്.
ഏഴുമിനിറ്റ് മൂന്നു സെക്കന്‍ഡുള്ള പാട്ട് ഈ കാലത്തിലും മിക്ക പള്ളികളുടെ അള്‍ത്താരയിലും കേള്‍ക്കാം.
മധ്യ തിരുവിതാംകൂറിലെ ഇടയാറന്മുള ഗ്രാമത്തിലാണ് സാധുകൊച്ചുകുഞ്ഞ് ഉപദേശി ജനിച്ചത്.
40 വര്‍ഷം വിശ്രമമില്ലാതെ സുവിശേഷം പ്രസംഗിച്ചു നടന്ന ഉപദേശി 1912ല്‍ രണ്ടാമത്തെ മകനായ സാമുവലിന്റെ വേര്‍പാടിനെത്തുടര്‍ന്നാണ് 1915ല്‍ ഈ ഗാനം രചിക്കുന്നത്.
യൗവനം വഴിമാറുന്നതിനു മുമ്പുതന്നെ ജീവിതത്തിലെ സമസ്ത സുഖങ്ങളും ത്യജിച്ച് സന്ന്യാസജീവിതത്തിലേക്കു തിരിഞ്ഞ ആളായിരുന്നു കൊച്ചുകുഞ്ഞ് ഉപദേശി.
തന്റെ ജീവിതചര്യകളോട്് ചേര്‍ന്നുനിന്ന് മകന്റെ വേര്‍പാടില്‍ വേദനിക്കുന്ന ഉപദേശിയുടെ സ്വന്തം ജീവിതമാണ് പാട്ടിന്റെ ഇതിവൃത്തം.
വെള്ളക്കുപ്പായവും മേല്‍മുണ്ടും കുടയും ബൈബിളുമായി സുവിശേഷം പ്രസംഗിച്ച് തമിഴ്നാട്ടിലും സഞ്ചരിച്ചതോടെയാണ് സാധു എന്ന പേര് ഉപദേശിക്കൊപ്പം ചേരുന്നത്.
നാട്ടുകാരുടെ കൊച്ചുകുഞ്ഞിന്റെ യഥാര്‍ഥ പേര് മുത്തംപാക്കല്‍ ഇട്ടി വര്‍ഗീസ് (M I വര്‍ഗീസ്) എന്നാണ്.

Jesus was not a cry baby. He was a courageous person and a motivator too. He was courageous enough to point out the exploitation of the religious people and compassionate enough to motivate the oppressed. If you carefully analyze the teaching and actions of Jesus, it clearly tells that he did not want people to pity party on their situations. He asked the sick, lame, and blind to get better, walk and see. He even asked the dead (mentally) dead to come out of their grave and rise up. The song Aniyankunju talking about is good for a brief period and if people keep on singing that on a daily basis they will be depressed. Christian religious leaders talk about lots of thing which they never have experienced such as living in heaven without doing any work, married life, and getting away from all the responsibilities. Most of the Christian songs reflect this. Jesus wanted people to have a good earthly life and enjoy the heaven on earth and he expressed that in many of his teachings. Only way to do this is to love each other, take care of others and their need. Keep a check on your greed and ambition also. There is no such thing like heaven anywhere if you completely disregard your life on earth. No religion can offer that. Only exploitation, agony, and misery that is what they have in stock.
I don’t have any problem accepting good principles of Jesus’s teaching and its application in life. But, I have problem in accepting the misinterpretation of that principles and its conflicting application by his followers. According to research, more than 80% of sickness is coming from our own mind. When, Jesus talks about the lameness, sickness, and blindness, he is referring to the spiritual condition of the mind. If a person thinks that he or she cannot walk or see, it is going to be so. If we respect our body and mind equally, we will be able to avoid much sickness, medicines we are using, and have a healthy life. In order to do this, you have to have a balanced outlook on life. Religion with its wrong interpretation made people believe that they can have everything from a god the religion created for them. First you learn more about this complex body and communicate with the spirit dwells in you and come in terms with that. There is no god sitting somewhere in the sky and watching you whenever you screw up things. Whatever happens to you and that is based on hour action. If you eat too much, get drunk, use drug then you will get swollen up and die with a heart attack, diabetes or high blood pressure. The spirit within each one of us is responsible for the bad or good choice we make. We all will die one day and it is our choice how to live on this beautiful earth. No god can decide it. Jesus knew that and he wanted to share that information with the world. But, the crooked religion and its stooges manipulated that information and twisted it. My friend, SchCast, think little deeper and you will understand what I am saying. Otherwise you can have superficial life and that is your choice.
There are couple of possibilities. 1 First possibility is that if two people have the same name then it can create problem. The second possibility is that the same person get drunk then there is a possibility of different personality popping up on the same person and can write comment under the same name.
