ഞാന്‍ ഏറ്റവും ബഹുമാനിക്കയും സ്‌നേഹിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ഫോമായിലെ സ്‌നേഹിതരെ നേതാക്കളെ,

you failed because those who control the organization would not allow outsiders to come up. Those who want to utilise Fomaa worked against you. Now we will call the new leaders to help us when we are in trouble. Hope they will pick up the phone

The most disorganized convention I ever attended.
Mr. John C. Varghese (Salim ) was also a coordinator ...I didn't hear his name when the leaders called the names of conveners.
Leaders, don't forget your roots....because of Salim you all got the name. If you cheat, we know how to react.
Please don't appoint the Convention chairman in any position...he doesn't know how to organize a meeting.

Without position and power American Malayaalee is useless. Either they have to be something in church or organizations. Once you have a bite of power you are subdued by it and then you are like a ping pong ball.
