When your body is brisk,
And your mind is alert;
Your heart pumps energy
And your legs ready to run.
Your eyes wide open
And ears listen actively
That is a sign your body
Is normal and you are well.

2.
When you wake up to a new day,
When your eyes seen greenery 
And your ears hear the birds’ chirp.
Your body all fit to begin the day
And your mind getting ready too.
Your day's activity all listed,
No further planning required.
That is the start of another
Organised day with new opportunities.

3.
A breezy morning and your lungs
Fill up with pure, fresh air;
Your eyes see the dancing leaves
A soft hum from their sway
Fills your ears with brisky, rocky notes.
Your body moves to these natural notes 
and within a blink of the eye,
The season vanishes with some fresh
New things to sum up spring!!

4.
When you feel uncontrollably tired,
When your body aches to pieces,
When your eyes refuse to open,
And your muscles feel weak;
When you have no energy left,
That is the time to listen to your body
And give it that much-deserved rest.
Your body knows the best; listen!

5.
When your body wants a lullaby,
When your eyes want to remain shut,
When your hands and feet ask rest,
When your ears refuse to listen,
When your muscles ask to lie down,
And when your head stops thinking,
Listen to these signals and answer
Your anatomy the way they have requested! 
That is intelligence.

6.
Listening to your body's silent talks.
Hearing its innate sensible messages.
Understanding its unique codes.
Acting based on its instructions.
Resting when it requires you to do so;
Not abusing it for another's sake.
Ensuring it carefully cared for.
Would be the best gift we give our body; 
your body is you!

7.
When it is early morning and 
You are fast asleep, wondered why?
You are an early riser otherwise but
Your body refuses to give in..
Have you wondered why?
You are an active person but
Today your body needs rest,
Have you considered that?
Listen to your body; it knows the best.
