AKMG to launch cogHealth, a virtual health innovation lab with Innovation Incubator
NEW YORK
July 26th 2019 -- Association of Kerala Medical Graduates (AKMG) announced
cogHealth, a one of a kind virtual health innovation lab for the 3000+ member
strong AKMG professional network to incubate cure and wellness ideas powered by
Artificial Intelligence and Mixed Reality. Powered by Drona (https://drona.live)
an Innovation Incubator initiative, the initial focus will be on nurturing
startups transforming clinical decision support, discovery and digital-health;
from primary care and geriatrics to cancer and plastic surgery. A two hour
global health innovation summit is being organized as part of the AKMG Ruby
Convention to jumpstart ideation. Starting with the keynote by Dan Cerutti GM
IBM Watson Health, the distinguished panel of speakers include Dr Ernesto
Molmenti Vice Chair of Surgery and Director of Transplantation at Northwell
Health, Dr George Mathew Chief Medical Officer for DXC Technologies, Dr George
Abraham Professor of Medicine at Umass Medical School and Antony Satyadas
Managing Partner and CEO of Innovation Incubator group of companies.

AKMG members will be able to submit and refine their ideas
and compete for incubation resources to prototype their innovation using the
cogHealth virtual health innovation lab. This will allow the members to rapidly
pilot at their practice / healthcare institution.
